The Somojo Magazine website has had a quick face lift so that we can add the Joomla K2 component. It meant a complete redesign of the layout using the T3 template for Joomla.

Somojo 'bradio has recently under gone a few changes. The Somojo website has a new look and the online radio feed has now moved to the Radionomy system. The move of the audio feed makes it easier for us to update artists and tracks being played, gives more flexibility in the show programming and more importantly, gives us an oppourtunity of finding a larger audience through the radionomy network.
The Radionomy network has a requirement for advertisements to be included during the broadcasts. We are currently offering these advert slots for free to independent and unsigned artists. Please contact us for details.

Bandcloud, independent and unsigned music showcase.

The Bandcloud website has just a complete new redesign. Using joomla CMS the Bandcloud website now enables independent and unsigned artists to create profiles, upload audio tracks in mp3 format, import videos from YouTube and promote up-coming gigs. There is also editorial content with music news, reviews and gig/tour news from the independent music scene.

The change in direction was due to a number of requests from artists who wanted a 'MySpace-alike' website purely for independent artists who didn't want to get lost in the large number bands who are on the established websites.

The new layout promotes all artist profiles, albums and videos randomly on the front page, so everyone gets a fair share of promotion to website visitors.
